一、湿式集尘器的概念(Principle of Scrubber)
所谓洗刷者是指使机体接触液体, 将机体中可溶性成份溶解于液体中的一系列过程,即以 “吸收气体” 为目的的设备, 将该类设备主要统称为 “洗刷者” 或 “气体吸收塔”.洗刷者目前被用于气体吸收外的蒸馏, 增湿及除尘, 除雾等各种各样的用途.
Generally this system is well known as the wet dust collector.Contact gas and liquid then solute soluble substances in the floid. This is used to process topical gas and chemical substances. Droplets, liquid membranes and bubblesare which is used to rinse and promote adhesion to particles and the cohesion
among particles. The device can thus separate the particles directly from the gas flow.
Scrubber absorb various kinds of Distillation, Humidification, Dust and Mist including gas.

填充物应根据材质, 现象, 大小来决定, 为了进行有效处理,有效接触面积应大, 抑制塔内的压力损失及FLOODING发生现象, 提高迅速度的空间率应大.另外, 材质应不因物理, 化学因素而变形, 溶解, 分解.
